Shumica e semundjeve te rralla jane genetike, dhe jane te pranishme gjate gjithe jetes se nje personi, madje edhe nese simptomat nuk shfaqen menjehere. Ne Evrope nje semundje apo crregullim quhet I rrallae kur ai prek me pak se 1 ne 2000 persona.<\/p>\n<p>Semundjet e rralla karakterizohen nga nje larmi e gjere e simptomave dhe shenjave te cilat ndryshojne jo vetem nga semundja ne semundje, por dhe nga pacienti ne pacient kur kane te dy te njejten semundje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KARAKTERISTIKAT E SEMUNDJEVE TE RRALLA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semundjet e rralla jane zakonisht kronike, progressive, degjenerative dhe shpesh te rezikshme per jeten.<\/li>\n<li>Semundjet e rralla krijojne paaftesi: cilesia e jetes se pacienteve kompromentohet shpesh nga mungesa apo humbja e autonomies<\/li>\n<li>Nivel I larte vuajtje dhe dhimbje per acientet dhe familjaret e tij<\/li>\n<li>Nuk egzistojne kura efektive<\/li>\n<li>Jane rreth 6000-8000 semundje te rralla<\/li>\n<li>75% e semundjeve te rralla prekin femijet<\/li>\n<li>30% e pacienteve me semundje te rralle vdesin para moshes 15 vjec<\/li>\n<li>80% e semundjeve te rralla te identifikuara jane me origjine genetike. Semundje te tjera te rralla vijne si pasoje e infeksioneve (bakteriale apo virale), alergjite dhe shkaktaret e mjedisit, ose jane degjenerative ose proliferative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Semundjet e rralla karakterizohen nga nje shumellojshmeri cregullimesh dhe simptomash te cilat ndryshojne jo vetem nga semundja ne semundje por gjithashtu edhe nga pacienti ne pacient kur vuajne nga e njejta semundje.<\/p>\n<p>Relativisht simptomat e zakonshme mund te fshehin nje semundje te rralle dhe mund te cojne ne nje mosdiagnostikim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PACIENTET E SEMUNDJEVE TE RRALLA PERBALLE PROBLEMEVE TE PERBASHKETA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mungesa e aksesit ne diagnozen e sakte<\/li>\n<li>Vonesa ne diagnostikim<\/li>\n<li>Mungesa e cilesise se informacionit per semundjen<\/li>\n<li>Mungesa e njohurive shkencore per semundjen<\/li>\n<li>Pasojat e renda sociale per pacientet<\/li>\n<li>Mungesa e cilesise se kujdesit shkencor<\/li>\n<li>Pabarazite dhe veshtiresite ne trajtim dhe ne kujdes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SI MUND TE NDRYSHOJNE GJERAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duke zbatuar nje qasje gjitheperfshirese per semundjet e rralla<\/li>\n<li>Duke zhvilluar politikat e e pershtatshme te shendetit public<\/li>\n<li>Duke rritur bashkepunimin nderkombetar ne kerkimin shkencor<\/li>\n<li>Duke mare dhe shkembyer njohurite shkencore rreth te gjitha semundjeve te rralla, jo vetem tek ato \u201cme te shpeshta\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Duke zhvilluar procedura te reja diagnostike dhe terapeutike<\/li>\n<li>Duke rritur vetedijen publike<\/li>\n<li>Duke lehtesuar maredhenien e grupeve te pacienteve per ten dare pervojat me njeri tjetrin dhe praktikat me te mira<\/li>\n<li>Duke mbeshtetur pacientet me te izoluar dhe prinderit e tyre per te krijuar komunitete te reja te pacientit ose grupeve te pacienteve<\/li>\n<li>Duke siguruar informacion te plote te komunitetit te semundjeve te rralla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nje semundje e rralle, referohet si nje semundje \u201cjetime\u201d, eshte cdo semundje qe prek nje numer te vogel te popullsise.
